LinkGather - Export WordPress Links



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the web addresses for all your websites posts in Excel style.

Download the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, also you can just go to the address below:

LinkGather WordPress Plugin

Once you have activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Instructions


A new tab on the menu side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

When you click on the Home link, this will go to the plugins home page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links offering to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your websites published posts’ links. Be aware that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our blog test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL list, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the articles in Google Spreadsheets format.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of showing back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the more info same procedure as those above, however, JetPack URLs are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull get more info back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links title will bring back all those JetPack URLs that it has gathered:
